MF’s Own Legendary Potato Salad


  • 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1/2 stalk of celery, diced small
  • 3 tbsp of red onion, finely diced
  • 1 large boiled egg
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 pinch of white sugar
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of paprika


Peel and dice the potatoes. Steam for 25 minutes. Let cool. Finely dice celery and red onion. Cut egg into chunks. In a mixing bowl, mix the remainder of ingredients for the dressing. Add all ingredients together and mix well. Refrigerate for one hour and serve.
