Two Ingredient Honey Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tbsp Honey & Me Liquid Honey
Instructions
1. In a bowl, crack two eggs and add honey.
2. Whisk together until fully combined. At the same time heat you non-stick pan on medium heat and add a tablespoon of coconut or avocado oil..
3. Once the pan is hot, add the egg mixture and move around to cover the bottom of the pan.
4. Scramble your eggs or leave it flat like a pancake.
5. When the eggs are cooked to your liking, remove and enjoy with a fresh piece of bread.
