Stonetown Gourmet Peach Grilled Cheese


  • MF’s Own Country Style Sourdough
  • Stonetown Wildwood, thinly sliced
  • Stonetown White Game Changer, thinly sliced
  • Local Ontario peach, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil, chopped


Preheat a grill pan to medium heat. Spread a thin layer of butter on both sides (inside and outside) of two slices of sourdough. Place 4-5 thin slices of cheese on each side of the bread. Add peach slices to one of the sides and sprinkle with freshly chopped basil. Close the sandwich and place on the hot pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the bread is lightly browned and the cheese is bubbling.
