From the Swiss Alps to Canada, Hans and Jolanda Weber brought their experiences and expertise to their new dairy farm in St. Mary’s Ontario. With the help of Ramon Eberle, a Swiss Master Cheese Maker, they started to produce delicious, high-quality cheese reminiscent of their hometown. Made from cow’s milk produced right outside their door, their handmade farmstead cheese is pure, unpasteurized and additive-free – a delicacy Market Fresh was eager to welcome as soon as it came to market.
