LemonAid for Children's Aid

We’re incredibly proud to share that our recent LemonAid for Children’s Aid fundraiser raised $1,848.80, thanks to the generosity of our customers and the incredible efforts of our cashiers. Because this cause is so close to our hearts, Market Fresh proudly added 10%, bringing our grand total to an incredible $2,033.68 for Family & Children’s Services of Guelph-Wellington.

But what does your support mean?
Your donation helps local children, youth and families by providing support where it’s needed most. Through the Children First Fund, donations can help families access basic necessities when other community resources aren’t available.It also helps create opportunities for youth to thrive—from education and employment readiness to life skills, driver’s training and job development. Donations can also provide children and youth with enriching recreational, cultural and leisure experiences that support positive relationships, health and well-being.

Most importantly, the Children First Fund helps fill the gaps beyond what government funding can provide, allowing Family & Children’s Services to offer additional resources and supports to local families.
